Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms apply to independent promoters who market Budgetmend through Digistore24 or other approved partner programs operated by Kaai Tech LLC ("Budgetmend", "we", "us").

Affiliates must use Digistore24 tracking links that route buyers through the approved partner sales page at https://www.budgetmend.com/partner-offer unless we provide written approval for another landing page.

• False or misleading income claims
• Fake testimonials or reviews
• Spam, cookie stuffing, or self-referrals
• Trademark bidding without written permission
• Impersonating Budgetmend or Kaai Tech LLC
• Promoting features that do not exist
• Unauthorized coupon or discount sites
• Sending buyers around the approved /partner-offer funnel

Affiliates may not make earnings guarantees, impersonate Budgetmend employees, or imply endorsement by financial institutions, employers, or government agencies. All material claims must match current product functionality.

Commission rates, payout timing, chargebacks, and refunds are governed by Digistore24's affiliate program terms and the specific product settings in your Digistore24 vendor account.
