Kaai Tech LLC sells Budgetmend through multiple checkout providers. Refund eligibility is determined by the checkout provider and offer terms presented when the purchase was completed.

Purchases processed directly by Budgetmend through Stripe on https://www.budgetmend.com are governed by the direct-purchase refund policy described on this page.

Purchases processed through Digistore24 are governed by the return, refund, cancellation, and payment terms displayed in the applicable Digistore24 offer and checkout, including purchases made through https://www.budgetmend.com/partner-offer.

Except where required by law, fees for direct Budgetmend subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel future renewals at any time through your in-app Billing page.

Purchases completed through a Digistore24 offer are subject to the refund, cancellation, and payment terms displayed during the Digistore24 checkout process. Digistore24 may handle payment disputes, chargebacks, and buyer support according to its platform rules.

Where required by applicable consumer law (including certain EU/UK withdrawal rights for digital services), you may have additional rights beyond this policy. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.
